One day..
.. a 7 year old kid went to the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist,
"This is the only monet i have, can i buy some miracle?"
Confused with what the kid asked, the pharmacist said,
"Why do you need miracles?"
The kid replied,
"Because the doctor said that only miracles can save my mom. Can I buy them here?"
